No. The quiz is a short sorter. It gives you a likely family and sometimes a likely type. The fuller read comes from the app over time.
What is Sentinel?
Sentinel is Aftercurrent’s Apple Watch overnight support feature. It looks for rough-night patterns using heart rate, HRV, and motion, and it can respond with graded haptics.
Is Sentinel a medical device?
No. Sentinel is a wellness feature for sleep support and nighttime disturbance monitoring.
Does downloading from the App Store add me to a newsletter?
No. App Store downloads stay separate from quiz, content, and report opt-ins.
What stays on-device?
Raw Apple Health values stay on-device. Aftercurrent uses derived scores and summaries instead of storing raw health streams, and the website does not hold raw Apple Health data.
